Order Cancellation
Orders, including subscription renewals, cannot be canceled or refunded once they are placed, as they are processed immediately. We recommend that you carefully check all information before submitting your order to avoid errors.
Return Policy
•Eligible Items: Most sealed, unopened, and new condition items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items:
•Bralettes (must be unworn with original tags attached).
•Items sold in Bundles and Kits (e.g., Milk Maker Kit, Try Me Kit, Sampler Pack, etc.).
•Passive Pumps.
•Panties.
•Hydromom.
•Single-serving Protein Powder.
Subscription Policy
•Subscriptions must be canceled before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.
•Once an order renews, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you need to file a claim, please email us at support@babyuud.shop, and we will assist you with the claim process.
Shipping Protection
We have partnered with Onward to provide our customers with carbon-neutral shipping protection and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your purchase. When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be protected against lost or damaged packages (does not cover theft).
If the results of the carrier's investigation verify that the package was delivered correctly, no refunds will be issued, only store credits. Theft is not covered.
