Shipping Time

Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt. Specific shipping times will vary depending on your geographical location and the chosen shipping method. Typically, domestic orders are delivered within 1-3 business days, and international orders within 3-7 business days. Please note that these are estimated times, and actual delivery may be delayed due to carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your order total, destination, and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, so please keep an eye on our website announcements.

Incorrect Address

Once an order is submitted, including subscription renewals, it cannot be canceled or the address changed, as orders are processed immediately. We recommend that you carefully check all information before submitting your order to avoid errors. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we suggest you contact someone at your former address. To change your address for future orders, please email support@babyuud.shop.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please try the following steps:


Contact your mail carrier: Leave a note for your mail carrier in your mailbox as soon as possible. They may remember if a neighbor mistakenly received it.


Ask family members: Confirm if any other family members have received the package.


Check mailbox key or parcel locker: Is there a key in your mailbox? Was the package delivered to a parcel locker?


Apartment clubhouse: If you live in an apartment, please check the apartment clubhouse.


Contact your local post office: Contact your local post office to request a record of the GPS scan to show the location where the package was delivered.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend that you consult your local customs department before placing an order to understand the relevant fees.

Shipping Protection

We have partnered with Onward to provide our customers with carbon-neutral shipping protection. When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be protected against lost or damaged packages (does not cover theft). If the results of the carrier's investigation verify that the package was delivered correctly, no refunds will be issued, only store credits. Theft is not covered.
